1. Choose Your Picnic Package:
Once you’ve selected your preferred picnic package and have selected your add-ons, head to the booking page and fill out the picnic booking form.
2. Select Availability:
After checking our availability, we will reach out to inform you if we can accommodate your request. If available, we’ll send you an invoice requiring a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at least 5 days before your picnic experience. If you plan on booking within 5 days, please read HERE
3. Picnic Setup:
An hour before your event, you will receive a text with the exact location of your picnic. We will be on-site to greet you (if the event is not a surprise) and ensure everything is perfect before starting your optional and complimentary 15-minute mobile photoshoot.
4. Enjoy Your Picnic:
Once you have settled in, your picnic host will leave you and your party to your celebrating - but will be a 15-minute text away should you need anything. If you wish to leave earlier than planned, please notify your picnic host and wait for them to arrive. Once your event has been completed and the picnic host is on-site, leave the clean-up to us. You are free to leave and enjoy the rest of your day.
We understand that plans can change! Here’s how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works:
For our Oahu Essential Elegance and Hawaiian Luxury Experience Picnics:
Full Refund:
- Available for cancellations with a two-month notice. 
Rescheduling for Credit:
- We do not offer refunds within two months of your reserved date but will try to reschedule your picnic or issue a credit with sufficient advance notice. 
- You have up to 6 months to reschedule and use your credit. 
Full Credit:
- Provided for rescheduling within 2 months, up to 72 hours in advance. 
Partial Credit (50%):
- Available for cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. 
No Credit:
- No credits can be offered for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. 
For Proposals, Elopements, and Groups of 10 or more:
Being that each proposal, elopement and group event will have unique elements of its own, these events will have special contracts with terms and conditions that cater to specific needs. For example, if your elopement or proposal requires a specific band or private chef - we will need to write the refund/cancellation policies to cater to our vendors as well.
Reason for Policy:
This is because we work with vendors - ordering food, flowers, etc. to prepare for your celebration. We also turn down other bookings to ensure our team can focus on making your experience unforgettable.
We are committed to providing the best possible service and appreciate your cooperation.
To ensure a smooth planning process, we recommend scheduling your picnic at least two weeks in advance to secure a permit and reserve a spot. However, if you are not wanting to get a permit, we can still assist you in finding a suitable location with a minimum of 3 days' notice. The more time we have to plan and prepare, the more love and attention we can pour into every detail. We will try to accommodate bookings within 3 days, but there are no guarantees.

Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 5 days before the scheduled picnic.
- Reductions in add-ons, guest count, or package options cannot be accommodated or refunded if requested within 5 days of the event. 
- While we can't make any promises if you wish to make additions to your booking within the 5 days, we will certainly try our best to accommodate. 
*Changes to proposals, elopements, and group events of 10 or more can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Planning a picnic for both adults and young children can be tricky when deciding if the kids should be included in the guest count. It’s your choice - if you want place settings, seating, and food for them - they will be charged at the regular rate. If not, just let us know how many guests will need place settings, seating, and food.
Please note that our table sizes are based on the guest count.
